Alison is an Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist, and works with chronic pain conditions. She specialises in trigger point release, myofascial release, deep tissue massage, hot stone fusion and sports stretching. She follows the Jing protocol in a fix in 6 treatment plan where she aims for you to have a reduction of your pain condition and/or an increase in the range of movement usually around week 3-4 of the six once weekly treatment plan.
She is also a practitioner in Aromatherapy, Raindrop technique, Indian Head Massage, Hopi ear candling, Reiki and also Pregnancy massage so can also provide a stress reducing and relaxing treatment, which can be booked as a one off or on a regular basis. She also is a tutor in Indian Head Massage for Adult Education classes in Edinburgh, works within the NHS in LEAP providing massage & aromatherapy and stress reduction to the patients, and works with many community groups.
